Title: Mediterranean Market Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1pk(6.6 oz.) sun-dried tomato cous cous
2cn(5 oz.) chunk breast of chicken or ham, drained and

laked flaked 1/2 c cubed mozzarella cheese 2 tb pitted sliced black olives 1/3 c italian salad dressing

Prepare couscosu according to package directions. Chill. Toss cous cous with remaining ingredients. Serve alone or in hollowed tomato. Serves 4-6.
